This course presents the definition of administrative contracts (contracts relating to public service), the contents of the administrative contract, its conditions and norms. It also explores the extent of authority exercised by the public administration in administrative contracts as well as the rights of the private contractor therein.
In addition, this course explains the principles of public administration, the effect of the Act of Prince and the state of necessity (fair aux prince: necessities Vinci legend) on the administrative contract, the consequences of the administrative contract and the role of administrative courts in Jordan and in comparative case-law.
